这个客户,来自于巴基斯坦,第一给我打电话是2013年4月23日,随即发了封询盘给我,中间共给我发邮件13封,我给他发邮件10封,基本上确认成交于2013年5月13日。
之所以奇,三点:
第一,他不知道我的邮箱号码,只知道手机号码,直接打电话过来要邮箱
第二,我的报价跟他的目标价一吨差着200美金,他居然追着我,非给我合作,一直给我涨价
第三,居然基本上确认跟我合作了
还有一点,客户的邮件从来没有落款,连名字都没有,best regards结尾,一直到了最后合作了,才告诉我各种联系方式,从没遇到这么好玩的客户,感觉我是被逼着跟他合作了。记录一下所有的邮件来往:

this price is firm within 7 days
we will make the shippment at once if you can accept

问完了之后客户就没消息了,我以为挂了,可能是对方拿到了伊朗的价格,伊朗比中国便宜太多了,两百美金左右,于是没怎么理会,没想到5月2日客户回复:
Dearsorry for late reply as I was on business trip.Our target/bid price is USD850/MT CNF Please accept it Best Rgds.
850usd,的确是伊朗能做的价格,我们做不了,于是直接忽略了这封邮件,跟他拼心理。有一个没想到,客户在5月4日追发了一封邮件:
Dear waiting for your reply against my last emails.Please reply us urgently so that deal could be finalized .Best rgds.
非常奇怪,客户为什么追着我要价格?于是回复了一封
Dear SirSorry for late replyBut I am sorry we cannt accept your target price.i have just checked with my boss ,our price FOB now is 990usdMaybe you can buy *** from Iran to get 850usd CNFtheir price is very low now.
客户居然又回复了:
Dearwhat can be your lowest possible price ??Best Rgds.
问我们能做的最低价格,于是乎,仔细算了一下,直接来了个最低价:
Dear sir,
I really want to start our business with you.
Also i understand your target price,because you can really get the price 850usd CNF from IRAN.
But for Chinese manufacture,It is really to low.
Our bottom price CNF to Kracaghi is:1038usd/mt
Have you communicated with Iran manufacture?Their price is very low now.We are producing **** ourselves,but sometimes,we bought *** from Iran for our customers

这封邮件,我写的很真诚,直接说了几乎是最低价,而且很真诚的告诉他,他的价格的确不是胡诌,伊朗的价格的确是如此,其实这个地方,很多外贸人员犯一个错误,很坚决,很武断的告诉客户这个价格不可能,你怎么知道不可能呢?我不会这样写,我会写我理解你,可能你真的能拿到,但是我做不到,中国市场也做不到!
客户回复:
Dearwe also wish to have business with you.Please bring your price upto USD 940/MT
这个价格我还是做不了,没回复,两个小时候客户又来一封邮件,这封邮件是2013年5月8日13点02发送:
DearPlease reply my email. Bring your price upto 950USD/MT.Best rgds.
差距太大,我没理他,再拖一拖,5月8日,15点整客户又来一封邮件:
Dear Jackwhat can be your minium price.3please indicate it.Best rgds.
不再是dear或者dear sir,居然加了我的名字。这个客户让我产生了兴趣,是什么促使他一直跟我在谈,实际上我看到他的目标价之后已经心凉了很多,不想跟他谈,但是他却一直坚持,于是我又回复(这封邮件是2013年5月8日15点15分发送):
Dear Sir,
I swear the lowest price we can give to you is 1036usd/mt CNF
From all your emails,I felt your sincerity to cooperate with us.I really appreciate it.And i am really earger to start business with you.
1036usd/mt is really our bottom price at this moment.

客户当天没再回复,第二天也就是5月9日16:34分,客户发来一封邮件:
Dear Jack.
what would be my commission in it.??? How you will pay us.

我当时在忙,没回复,16:47分,客户又来一封:
Dear Jack.
Can you offer us further discount if we accept your product FIRST CLASS having purity 99.0% but remain Ammonia and ash at same percentage.

客户的意思是,好吧,你的高质量的那么贵,我就要99.0%的总行吧,是我们的参数表上的确是有99.0%的产品,但是不值当的生产百十吨,除非他要上千吨才有可能,于是两封邮件并作一封回复:
Dear sir,
we have no *** 99.0% now.there is no market for *** 99.0%.so i really cant persuade our factory to produce *** 99.0%.
the lowest price is 1036usd/mt without any commission.the price i give to you is really bottom.you can add some US dollars to the price.
as soon as we cannt(当时还写错了,应该是got) the payment we will pay to you the commission to your indicated account
i really want to start business with you.even if i can decrease 1 usd,i will do it for you.but really this is the lowest price

不管几毛钱,我都跟你说了一美金都降不了了,我要找老板申请,客户应该是很着急。追了一封:

看到这封邮件,赶紧回复:
dear sirwe can accept your noticed pricewhen is the shippment you require
客户回复了一些事情,这封邮件内容不方便说,就是说会有专人跟你联系合作事宜,完成订单,基本拿下!
回头看看这个客户,很神奇的客户,我就不明白是什么让他缠着我不放,我自己尝试着分析了几点:
第一:他发邮件的习惯很奇怪,无落款,无联系方式,是不是很多同行把他当了骗子,根本没回?或者即便是回复了,也是问联系方式,公司资料,从后面的邮件可以看出,他要的应该是私人佣金,应该是希望安全所以没给具体的联系方式。
第二:是客户转介绍?所以对我比较信任,因为我跟每一个客户合作,哪怕再小的客户,都是事无巨细,把操作做的近乎完美,是不是给我说了好话?
第三:我的报价邮件比较专业?这个不止一个客户说过,内容齐全,文档齐全,让客户比较信任我?
第四:谈到价格,我没有跟他针锋相对,没有立刻否定他的价格,说他的价格不可能,而是给他留足了面子,说能买到,保留了谈判的可能性
各位怎么看?头一次遇到这种客户,神奇啊!

确实很神奇。我最近也遇到了一位这样奇人,美国客户。他说不方便透露信息,是别人介绍他到我公司的。既然不方便,我也没多问。然后报价过去。

好神奇啊。被我碰上估计我也差不多这么做。 但是,我的报价很业余。。。。估计会嫌弃我
看双方邮件沟通,确实学到东西了,赞一个!
1.肯定是有人介绍的,而且是好话。2.不和客人纠结价格,心态好,够专业。3.邮件简单清楚。有时候我也会觉得很神奇,为什么客人会直接给我目标价格让我做,其实很重要的是沟通中的信任感。简单明了不罗嗦,一看就是个利落人。一句话,成功绝对不是偶然,而是是条件具备下的某种必然。
作为新人的我,总是把客人供着的感觉,丝毫不敢有一点冷处理。。哎,什么时候可以达到博主的境界啊
